At Rahua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rainforest-grown beauty products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
